This is the one single and only utility that I actually enjoy paying. These people will bend over backwards to help customers with whatever problem whether it be something not operating correctly or paying the bill. They are the most understanding and easy to work with group of people I've ever seen at a utility company. Cindy handles the phone but every one of they're employees show the utmost care.
