If your looking for an honest, knowledgeable, and reasonable mechanic Livermore Auto Center is where you want to go. Just ask to speak to Tony. My family has been bringing our cars (5) for oil changes, brake jobs, battery changes, tire rotations, and tune ups for several years. Tony at Livermore Automotive Center knows how to treat his customers. My only issue is I wish he had another shop in Tracy where I live!
I wrote this review in Yelp. I went to this place more than year ago for smog check, told me that my car have problems here and there and need to change parts, ofcourse I didn t do it, until today there are absolutely no problem with my car. Also asked the price for brake pads, said 300 USD, and when i say no and leave, the worker there immediately offer me a 100 dollar discount, really? I'm glad to finally have found the guys for my car. I can trust Tony without having to bring a guy in an autoshop so I don't get ripped off as a young female. I'm thankful for all the reviews that I based my decision upon! I had to shop around to change my timing belt and Tony offered the most competitive price. FINALLY AN HONEST SHOP THAT HELPS THE CUSTOMER OUT. I EVEN GOT A RIDE BACK HOME AND WAS CALLED PRIOR TO WORKING ON MY CAR. ASK FOR A GUY NAME TONY....EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. A+ I have had an ongoing problem with my 2005 Honda for some time. It's been to the dealer and various other shops. None of them could correct the problem.
