Lousy customer support and big cheats! That's my experience. Subscribed to them on a temporary basis but got charged again and again even when I never used their service. Billing phone number is a hoax. You get a busy tone always! Talk to them about refund on live chat and you are directed to go speak with someone on the (non existent) phone! Got dinged and cheated till finally got a live chat guy to cancel subscription. But wait. Even though the subscription is cancelled as of today, I will have to pay for two more future m... read more
