I’m sure it was an honest mistake but they messed up my appointment time and I had to cancel it. Was sitting there for 10 min before I let them know.

Despite the level of friendliness I got, I gave them a second try because I loved their facial. Tech canceled my booking 20 minutes before and didn't even give me a call. Drove there only to find there was no one at the business who could do the service.
Got gel x extensions with nail art from Sydney and she did an amazing job! I picked some colours and asked her to freestyle and she truly gave me the nails I’d been dreaming of. She was fast and has great attention to detail.
