Tech canceled my booking 20 minutes before and didn't even give me a call. Drove there only to find there was no one at the business who could do the service.
Got gel x extensions with nail art from Sydney and she did an amazing job! I picked some colours and asked her to freestyle and she truly gave me the nails I’d been dreaming of. She was fast and has great attention to detail.
The staff are nice, but the owner (Jenn?) really seemed uninterested in working. Even while providing a nail service to a customer, she kept texting. When other customers walked in and even during payment, she was on her phone which didn’t feel very professional. - Reply: Totally understand you might be busy with your phone as a small business owner, but from the customer’s perspective it really felt like personal chatting during service.
