Live Now Fitness is amazing! I recently returned back to the gym and I’m so glad I did. The coaches truly care about your mental and physical well-being, keep you accountable, and push you toward your goals. The workouts are challenging but adaptable, and the energy in the gym is always positive and supportive. Highly recommend for all your fitness and wellness needs!
I’ve been strength training on my own 4–5 days a week for a few years using an app. My good girlfriend had been inviting me to LiveNow for a while, and I finally decided to try it out at the end of July ’25. After 4 1/2 years of being inconsistent with my workouts (during Covid 2020), I became frustrated, I wasn’t happy with my physical body and my mental was in the dumpster. I’m loving this place! The workouts have been engaging and high energy. Though I am a beginner, I never feel left behind. I get the attention that I need, even when there are several others in the room. Every workout has been challenging and fun, the gym family has been warm and encouraging, and I look forward to coming back each time.
