The nurses and techs gave me the most incredible care anyone could imagine. I wouldn't have gotten better without them. The counselors I dealt with were the opposite. They were unprofessional, aggressive, and didn’t have the slightest bit of care or empathy in them. This would have been 5 starts if it weren’t for the way I was treated or should I say made to feel afraid because of these 3 counselors.
My experience at livengrin was a good one. The tech staff and nurses gave the most wonderful care of me. The counselors not so much. A situation happened where I was the victim of sexual harassment through words and doing things to make me feel crazy during the groups such as making faces at me and staring me down. The man in question was manipulative and did things to mentally hurt my well being.
