I'm a (former) client of JLA. I feel compelled to write a review to spare others what I've gone through. I'll try to be balanced. Overall, I strongly recommend you do not retain JLA. Pros: - The junior architects we worked with were very nice and thoughtful. - JLA was less expensive than the others we considered. Cons: - You get what you pay for. arrogant as to his importance & clientele, indifferent to actual client desires & objectives, & evasive in disclosing prior work ... NOT a pleasant experience by any means
Lively & Associates are a great Architectural Design Group with an office here in W. Plano. They are courteous, professional, have a million awards, and their reputation speaks for itself. 5STARS Besides all that, having personally dealt with them i must say they are quick to respond and Chris Hayes is a pleasure to work with!
We cannot recommend John Lively and Associates highly enough. JL+A is filled with fantastic designers that listen to their clients and combine the client's desires with their incredible experience. If you are looking for a creative, competent, design team, look no further.
