Purchased a Lexus car model LC500 costing about $380 USD (from Australia that’s like $600AUD) as a gift. So obviously I did not open it when it arrived. Shipping time took over a month as this company orders models direct from factory in Japan, so it’s more like a drop shipper… Friend unboxed it and the mirrors of the car were broken. I emailed Rosa, and was told superglue should suffice and that there is a 10 day policy on faults to be reported.
