This is Mark Stauderman not Janet Ward. Im a Duke Energy customer. I’m using her account to praise Live Wire, especially my tech, Dale. He does great work, is personable, and professional. Dale is informative, explains everything and is understanding.
I was immediately impressed after finding them online. Robin in the office was pleasant and professional which is a good start. She got Dale out to access the issues with my 2 replacement ceiling fans. He was very pleasant and informative, especially when it came to Duke energy plans that could save me money. Within a week of calling and getting a quote, Robin was able to send out 2 electricians, Tim and Von. Not only was the electrician on time, he arrived 50 minutes early, which was great for me! Patiently went around my house, checked my Outlets, which was the reason for the service call. It was a simple fix, if I had been smarter, I would’ve known how to do it myself. He did not make me feel Ignorant, and gave me good advice for the future problems the electrician, Dale, is a gym and should be Highly commended*****
I had a great experience today with John and Charlie, who came to install a new kitchen ceiling fan and tighten up 4 loose outlets. They came on time, were friendly and worked efficiently.
Live wire electrical came to our home today and did a complete rewire and panel for our dock that we finally got around too after the past storms that hit our beaches, I can’t say enough about how professional and knowledgeable these young men are, we could not be more happy with the end result and how efficient they were, if your looking for a professional, quality job, I fully recommend giving them a call they were the BEST
