I had the pleasure of working with Ash to improve some digestives issues I was experiencing from food intolerances. Ash is extremely knowledgeable and easy to work with. She helped me develop an eating plan to improve my digestion and followed up regularly. Ash has helped me tremendously throughout my wellness journey this past year! Whether it was answering the random questions I had anytime of the day or helping with new diet ideas, Ash was there :) She helped me frame my mindset to see wellness as a way to not only look better, but also feel better. I also had the privilege of reading her book which I would highly recommend. Basically, I would give 6 stars if I could ;)
