After one facial with Katrina I became a monthly client. She's the best. She's knowledgeable, kind, caring and her facials are very relaxing! Looking forward to trying a head spa soon.

I had never been to this establishment ! I received a Groupon as a gift for my birthday! I had an emergency …as a mom to a special needs child I don’t get many trips for myself because emergencies arise … well I was unable to make the appointment. So I called to cancel it. Instead of this salon accommodating me and rescheduling, they said they take the full payment of the Groupon, which was never disclosed to me to begin with. That if I have to cancel an appointment I would have to pay for the appointment! Horrible, horrible... read more
