Shirley and Dr. Tamana are both wonderful and very professional. Shirley is always incredibly helpful when we need to schedule appointments. We also always receive reminders for my baby’s check-ups, which is very appreciated. Dr. Tamana is great as well, it's usually possible to book an appointment within one or two days, which is very reassuring.

I called to book an appointment as a new patient, and unfortunately the staff member I spoke with was very rushed and not welcoming. I was told to book online but wasn’t given clear instructions, and the call ended quickly. As someone trying to find a family doctor, I would have appreciated a bit more patience and guidance. I hope the clinic can improve their customer service experience.

Shirley is always super helpful whenever we need to schedule appointment and lovely to talk to. She got us a call when baby 2 arrived before I realize I needed to arrange that. Dr. Tamana is wonderful.

Our family has been visiting this clinic for quite some time, and we truly couldn’t ask for a better experience. Dr Hassan is absolutely amazing, caring, patient, and genuinely dedicated to the well-being of our entire family.
