I came for a PCR test for travel, and it went very smoothly. It was exhausting looking through so many clinics that provide PCR test for travel, because many of them had bad reviews with lengthy reasons for their bad experiences or just really expensive. I just wanted a place where I can trust at a reasonable price for such a time-sensitive matter. Got our covid tests done here - it was a super smooth experience. Only complaint is that the receptionist got the paperwork wrong and almost had us sign and pay for a PCR when we booked for a rapid antigen test.

Got there a little over 1hr ahead of time to be seen, I was greeted by the nice staff but was never told I had to wait until my appointment time!!!! People don't have to waste specially at the doctor's office! If people get early its because they are expecting to be seen early or at least be advised: "although you got here 1hr earlier you won't be seen until your appointment time" so then people can choose to wait or have some coffee outside and then come back
