Stop your underhanded lying tactics
My client had a reverse mortgage with you. Escrow took a while, and we required an extension. You gave us an extension and demand payoff that expired on Friday, August 28th, but Buyer had trouble depositing the funds until Tuesday, September 2, two business days later. We are told that even though the house is sold, escrow has closed, and the funds held by the Title Company, that you refused to give us a current Payoff Demand because you were forced to start foreclosure proceedings, which of course means attorney fees that a... read more
