I have been attending Live Well Clinic for just over 2 years now and am so grateful for all that I have gained from using this personal programmed approach. I am extremely satisfied and happy with my tailored work out routines that the staff design specifically for me. They take into account any surgeries or other medical issues when creating their clients work out. The staff are caring and friendly.
It's great to have a place that encourages me to take care of myself, that is over-the-top friendly, and the people are just regular folk like I am.
I love the place, small classes with individual plans- great connection with others and the staff are really lovely and experienced
I always enjoy my sessions at Live Well. The kinesiologists are well trained and the exercises are designed to help with whatever physical difficulties we currently have.
