I’ve been going to Live Well Exercise twice a week and have seen real improvements in my balance, strength, and energy. The small classes and knowledgeable staff give great personal attention. My A1C is down, and the targeted exercises are helping my arthritis—no more cortisone shots! It’s a great place for 55+ to stay active with others who share similar goals.
I cannot praise this exercise clinic enough! I joined over a year ago and have built up my flexibility, stamina, strength and balance. I have confidence in the kinesiologists that work with us at every session. I feel safe, challenged, and accepted. Thank you Live Well - you have changed my life.

The staff is wonderful. The ladies always welcome you and inquire about how you are feeling. The gym is a safe atmosphere, everyone has something they are striving for. The equipment is always ready for us to use.
