I have been going to Live Well 360 for sometime now for my well being. Lisa Woody is an excellent massage therapist. There have been a few times that I have also used Marisol for massage therapy. I would highly recommend Marisol to anyone who needs relief from body aches and pains. I am also seeing Dr. Kenelle Shepherd for acupuncture and cupping for extremely tight muscles. She is amazing. I am able to walk/stand longer than I have been able to in quite some time. 5 Stars ladies!!!
I cannot recommend Dr. Kenelle Shepherd highly enough. She has truly changed my life. I originally sought treatment for chronic migraines that had become a daily struggle. After each treatment, she places tiny ear tacks on specific pressure points, and the results have been remarkable. When the ear tacks naturally fell out after about three weeks, my migraines returned full force. As soon as I had them replaced, I felt the difference again. I live here now… Oh my goodness! Jolie is hands down the best lash girl I have ever been with. She listens to exactly what I want! We have played with brown lashes and different lengths till we found my perfect look. Jolie is AMAZING!
Oh my goodness - Marisol is a miracle worker. I literally fell asleep on the table and woke up to tense-less muscles and what felt like a brand new nervous system😍 I cannot recommend enough, and will definitely be re-booking.
I have been suffering with horrible migraines for 8 months on a daily basis. Just one session of acupuncture and I have been migraine-free for a week so far . I can’t believe it! And, if you want a relaxing massage, this is the place for you!
