Eleven weeks ago I wheeled into Live Vital, having fallen and broken my leg along with a devasting trimalleor ankle fracture-- all suffered 2 days after a total knee replacement. I could do no weight bearing for 7 weeks, followed by 4 more weeks in a cast. This week, out of the cast, I am approaching full range of motion (ROM)in my knee, and getting to a good place on my ankle.
