Don’t quite remember the Doctor Who I saw today but very pleasant very very pleasant

I brought my teenage son here this evening, but we weren't able to make it there until 15 minutes before they close due to my own long workday. Unfortunately, after saying "hello" twice to the woman at the front desk (I believe her name was Kat), I was only to be greeted in return with nothing but a cold stare.
