I have been to LIVE in bellmawr twice and had 2 video visits also. They have been on time, thorough & professional. I had no issues booking quickly with open appts all day. I had to wait a few hours for a video visit but if you go in, there are a lot if open appts. I have frequent bladder infections due to a permanent catheter and when I couldn't t get an appt at my doc, I got an appointment in the physical building quickly with no issues. This office continues to impress! The front desk staff, the nurse staff, the physician staff, all are so kind and efficient. I’ve taken my daughter when sick and now I’ve taken my exchange student for a sports physical. The staff are patient and kind whether they’re presented with a kid with anxiety or a kid with a language barrier. Little office with a big heart!
The staff and doctors were great. My son went on a camping trip and came back with a sore throat. I went here a week ago and found he had a strep throat. They prescribed a 10 day antibiotic and he is on the road to recovery. In the meantime, my daughter must have caught it from him and had the same sore throat. The medical team here took her quickly and low and behold she had strep also. They are very quick, thorough and very patient focused.
