This gym has a lot of personality. Members and staff are all super friendly. The vibe is encouraging and motivating. All styles of workout are done here. I encourage you to try a class. Preferably ENDURE. I love that they have BOOT CAMPS that use the skii urg , row urg and air bikes and treads for cardio bursts. All my gym girlies will ask, so.... how's the music? Its great! The last 6 weeks have been the hardest yet the best workout ever. My coach, Alberto Mares is excellent, professional. I’ve learned so much from him about proper technique, specific muscle target exercises, safety and strength. My goals were met and will continue long term. I recommend this program for anyone.
