This gym has a lot of personality. Members and staff are all super friendly. The vibe is encouraging and motivating. All styles of workout are done here. I encourage you to try a class. Preferably ENDURE. I love that they have classes that use the skii urg , row urg and air bikes and treads for cardio bursts. All my gym girlies will ask, so.... how's the music? Its great. Such a vibe! See you there 🤩
The last 6 weeks have been the hardest yet the best workout ever. My coach, Alberto Mares is excellent, professional. I’ve learned so much from him about proper technique, specific muscle target exercises, safety and strength. My goals were met and will continue long term. I recommend this program for anyone.
I wish I could give more than 5 stars!! I have been a member at Live for a little over a month now and I cannot say enough good things about this gym and the community. Going to a new gym can be intimidating but I promise this community is unmatched and is beyond welcoming!! I feel pushed and motivated during every workout and I am always looking forward to the next one. If you are reading this, this is your sign, come in for a class- will not regret it!
