Very nice woman, but I will never go back. I wanted to add some layers and keep my length and she cut so much off. It’ll take at least 6 months for my fine/ slow growing hair to grow back what she cut off. I made it super clear I didn’t want to loose length and I feel like she literally removed half the body of hair.
