Sean is an amazing and super caring physio who is very experienced and knowledgeable with a wonderful team he’s built with Laura. Highly recommend Live Strong in Rockhampton if you are based in CQ and are in need of a great trusty physio. If you want somebody who really cares, Sean is the one!
Lola is an absolute miracle worker! Best sports masseuse I’ve had and super affordable. I recommend her to everyone I know 😂 and the admin team are really communicative and very helpful!

After the first appointment I walked away pain free and was taught through further sessions how to maintain and manage my symptoms myself.
Absolutely fantastic! Speaking for Josh in particular, he was wonderful. So knowledgeable in all areas, even had experience with some lesser known disorders that other medical professionals often have to research on. Very professional, polite and patient centred. Highly Recommend!
