Amazing!! After the fire and ice, I've never felt more relaxed in my life. Fell asleep and slept like a baby the second I got home. Also right after I felt no back pain for the first time in a long time. This was the best gift my wife got me.

I've been a member at Live Resilient for over a year now, and I cannot recommend them enough! It's a one stop shop for self care and recovery. I especially love the Fire & Ice, and the red light therapy. The rooms are always extremely clean and ready for me relax in right away.
