would give this place six stars instead of five if I could, the sauna and cold plunge were perfect and got me ready for my match for sure! I love the blood flow it brought me and this is the place to go to for it in South Florida.
Amazing!! After the fire and ice, I've never felt more relaxed in my life. Fell asleep and slept like a baby the second I got home. Also right after I felt no back pain for the first time in a long time. This was the best gift my wife got me.

I've been a member at Live Resilient for over a year now, and I cannot recommend them enough! It's a one stop shop for self care and recovery. I especially love the Fire & Ice, and the red light therapy. The rooms are always extremely clean and ready for me relax in right away.
