Had a rather unacceptable experience with a realtor from this group, and I don't really care to elaborate further. But, these guys don't care about you, they're just in it for the commission. They'll say it's unconditional, but it's not. I would exercise caution when relying on these guys to get you a place.
Julie Banda was our realtor and she went above and beyond in the process of looking for apartments, and was so nice and friendly when we met for tours! If you need somewhere to live, Julie can help you, we love Julie!
