Do Yourself a Favor — Don’t Move Here! I lived at Live Oaks Subdivision in Church Point, LA for years, and I’m warning you now — don’t waste your time or money. Maintenance issues never got fixed properly the entire time we stayed there. We were charged extra for normal wear and tear while we were still living there, which is ridiculous after paying rent for years. If I could leave no stars I would. This used to be a good place to live but the new management is horrible. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to live there right now. The management there for the past month is horrible, please seek housing elsewhere don’t cause yourself stress by moving there because you will definitely leave unsatisfied and treated unfairly. This used to be a good and peaceful environment but no longer is.
