What a lovely older condo. Moved here about three weeks ago. My Condo was reasonably affordable and HOA fees are as well. The stairs and hand rails can use a lot of TLC .The lake views, and scenery is beautiful and tranquil. Some people are not very nice and friendly to others. It’s fine because I moved here from New York and I will definitely STAND MY GROUND!
