Disappointed in the way the program went I was charged monthly for medication that I did not receive. Also was told it was my responsibility to call it in but the dosage I was informed to use was not high enough to order medication on a monthly bases. I also canceled my monthly program at the end of June and was billed when they told me I would not be charged. The communication in understanding the way the program work was confusing. Most disappointed about being charged when told I would not be charged when I cancelled.

Great experience from start to finish. The staff is knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely cares about your health and well-being. They made the entire process simple and answered all of my questions. I highly recommend!!
