Ya know, I gave it my best with Nikki. I really did. Shes lazy when it comes to follow through with medication. Its been 2 weeks since my son has seen her and he still doesn't have the correct medicine. Ive made 4 attempts to fix the problem. The pharmacy waits on her. Oh she called and promised to call me back with resolution, never happened. I also find it unprofessional to call me passed 7pm while shes driving to discuss treatment. Very unprofessional to not fill a child's ADHD medication because he will not speak to you over a Tele-visit, the child is 6. Approaching it with "you have other patients waiting" is not very professional when he was present and just not willing to speak but was visible to the provider. Do better ma'am! You work with pediatric patients whom are seeing Psychiatry for a reason.
Dr. Nikki is compassionate and caring. She saw me right away as a new patient 6 months ago while I was having a difficult time after experiencing a major loss. She is knowledgeable and also listens to your input as a patient and what treatment options you feel comfortable with. In my opinion, she really accommodates her patients. Even seeing me via FaceTime when she was on holiday. I feel so lucky to have found Dr. Nikki!
She is without a doubt a fantastic lady Very conscientious and caring. She makes you feel like you are her only patient Knows her meds very well and when to prescribe them. I highly recommend her
I took my son for evaluation and what I like about Dr. Is she took her time with us and it was a 1 on 1 evaluation. Really like that. Highly recommend her.
