My family and I stayed here for our annual beach vacation, this summer. Instead of booking a one bedroom room without a kitchen or anything- we decided to give this family and pet friendly community of tiny houses a try. It’s actually such a cute, quaint place not far from Hwy 30A/ Grayton Beach/ Seagrove Beach and lots of food choices too. They offer sites for RV hookups and also rent out 1/2/ possibly 3 bedroom tiny houses. We just stayed in a cottage and on check in day, our cottage smelled like dog with dog hair EVERYWHERE- including the upstairs loft! We do not own a dog and we had 3 kids with us. We had to go buy cleaning supplies to clean our own floors because they were not vacuumed or mopped. The cleaning pads were black they were so dirty. We let the front office lady know it was dirty and she apologized for us having to buy supplies, but did'nt offer to take off our cleaning fee since we cleaned it ourselves! We stayed here two years ago and loved it, we stay for months at a time. This year we came back and it has definitely changed, it felt more like a moble home park as so many unpleasant permanent residents now live there. They have stuff everywhere, one even had his food truck parked in his lot! The pool was not clean, they had old crappy furniture around the pool, the screen on the door to the pool had a huge hole, there was no need to know the code to get into the pool area, so any kid could get in there without a parent . ... read more

My dad lives here. One of the nicest parks I've been in. Amazing views. Close to water. Big lots with tiny homes on site. He loves it. I believe he has been there 4 years.

If there was a better word than PERFECTION to describe this campground I’d have to insert it in this review. Pristine campground with great neighbors… a nice blend of upscale tiny houses and paved campsites for rv’s. You’re not going to see junky campers in this place. Easy access to Panama City Beach, 30-A and Destin. We’ll be back soon!
