What started out as a Great experience has turned into a nightmare. Have been going for probably 2 years. There have been instances of getting delayed by 10 to 15 minutes. Now today drove 17 miles to get here sat in lot waiting no one showing up. I called Shannon only to be told she forgot and had a client coming in at 9:15 when mine was at 9am. so mine was cancelled, another time her neighbor got hurt and she had to take her to ER.
