This is an absolutely amazing company. After having to deal with Boss Energy and their incompetence and shady dealings, I found Live Oak. They are wonderful and honest, completely opposite of what we had. Cyrus informed me of things Boss didn't, that helps us keep up with our solar system. There response to my home was days, not weeks or months. If you have solar, I highly recommend the crew at Live Oak Energy, you will not be disappointed!

Just want to thank those at Live Oak for a responsive and rapid repair to our Solar Panels, which had been installed by another company back in 2017. Several of the panels were not working, so I reached out to Live Oak late one week. They had someone assess early the next week. The Live oak energy team is amazing! Unfortunately, our original solar company filed bankruptcy after the installation in August 2024. They didn't even follow up after the installation, so we went through a whole year with only 4 of the 24 panels generating power. From first contact, the Live Oak Energy Team was professional, responsive, and genuinely committed to helping us get the system back online.
