We are very happy with the service we received from Live Oak Energy. The house next door burned down and our roof was damaged. Our solar panels are about 9 years old and had to be removed to we could replace the roof and then replace the solar panels. Cyrus is great to work with and very helpful. He came all the way to Tybee several times to bid the job, remove the panels, replace the panels when the new roof was installed, check the solar panels to be sure all was working well, and then install squirrel guards. Our largest decision factor was meeting Cyrus and learning that while he owns the business, he also oversees the installations. We did not want to hire a crew that did not directly benefit from the job. We have a + million-dollar home, and we were not comfortable letting an unknown crew work on it. Highly Recommend! After spending a solid year trying to get other solar companies to even call us back, finding this team was amazing! They provided a fast response right from the start and were incredibly professional and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. On top of the fantastic communication, they gave us a great price. I can’t recommend them highly enough!
After having several issues with our actual solar company for months, we decided to contact Live Oak Energy Systems and we are so glad we did. We were able to schedule an appointment quickly. Big shout out to Cyrus! He was extremely friendly, helpful and explained and fixed the issue had. We cannot recommend Live Oak Energy Systems enough!
