Was initially very impressed with Lauren when she met with us at our home. Spent time and thoroughly went over what we wanted to do, and suggested design elements that were good ideas. Was promised an estimate in 2 weeks. After numerous emails, finally received it about a month later. A follow up appointment was finally made beginning of November for her and her "contractor" to come and do a final assessment, before giving us an estimate for the balance of the work to enclose the lanai.
