I have been working with Lauren on and off for about 2 years now. She has helped me with the remodel of several spaces, a kitchen, master bath, and screened porch. Plus she is currently helping me with a carriage house build. Like all trades people in the area she is really busy, which I think is a good thing because in this field we want someone who is active rather than stagnant. Was initially very impressed with Lauren when she met with us at our home. Spent time and thoroughly went over what we wanted to do, and suggested design elements that were good ideas. Was promised an estimate in 2 weeks. After numerous emails, finally received it about a month later. A follow up appointment was finally made beginning of November for her and her "contractor" to come and do a final assessment, before giving us an estimate for the balance of the work to enclose the lanai.
