Tried to cancel the day of an appointment as I woke up and felt sick and the secretary told me to "find another dentist". Very rude
Called in to cancel my appointment on the day of due to getting called into work and the secretary that takes the calls was very rude about it. She got an attitude with me for canceling same day and wasn’t very considerate of the various life situations that pop that would require you to cancel an appointment. I don’t need the secretary trying to teach me a lesson over the phone.
