Live oak does build nice looking homes, but they cut many corners causing home owners future problems, misrepresent, and generally do not care to do what is right after money changes hands. First off, I was lied to and bought a home I never would have it told the truth. I was told 3 times that my home was on end of street and that no further building would be done. I would not recommend Live Oak Construction to anyone. The company does not stand behind their work whatsoever. We have a 3 year old home that we purchased 6 months ago, thinking Live Oak was a quality builder, boy were we wrong. Just a couple of months after being here we began having plumbing issues, which 2 separate companies have confirmed. Live Oak built my house in 2016. It is the first house we ever had built so as you can imagine, after hearing all the horror stories of building your own home, my wife and I were very apprehensive. From the first day that we called the salesman (Casey) to set up an appointment to meet, to the day we did our walk through, we thoroughly enjoyed the professionalism, the competency, and the exceptional customer service. It was way above our expectations. If we didn't love our house so much, we'd do it again! Good job Live Oak!
Live Oak built my house on time and on budget. They built us a beautiful home and I would definitely do it all over again!
We are having a new home built so I made an appointment with a Live Oak representative named Casey. We set up a meeting time and place (one of the homes they completed on the south side). When we arrived, the home was open but Casey was not there. He had another person show up who couldn't answer any questions about the build process...
