Currently, a client is having a home built by Live Oak, and they have been extremely professional and able to give my client what he wants. I will recommend this custom builder to any of my clients looking ro build in Corpus Christi.
Currently have an open BBB complaint against this builder. Things initially started on a good note but later deteriorated. Home is incomplete. Shoddy workmanship including shoddy paint job, cheap wood cabinets and closet rods, poor water pressure, incomplete grouting, un-replaced defective window, poor yard grading etc. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this builder.
Best builder in Corpus Christi. Ten outta ten stars 💯💯💯
This is not indicative at all of the show home we viewed. We are not able to receive our mail at our house or in the development because we have NO MAILBOX - it is wonderful to drive to the post office everyday to get our mail.
