Dr. Ignored my main concern of ongoing health issues. Never once looked at the 2in stack of health records I brought! Instead wanted the SAME records sent over from my old pcp. And when it came time for bill they coded the visit for obesity, which caused insurance to deny it even though I NEVER mention my weight or wanting to lose weight!! What should have been a $0 pcp visit is now a $250 uncovered charge. As if the gaslighting in the appt wasn't bad enough.

Made an appointment two weeks ago they verified my insurance and told me to be there early, It is a 45 min drive so I get there 45 mins before my schedule time fill out paperwork and after I turned it without looking at my my insurance they told me I had to change my insurance and to go back home and wait for another appointment to be scheduled. I will never return to that unorganized place again what a waist of time

I had a doctors appointment yesterday in Three Rivers at The Live Oak Community Health Center. I needed to have blood work done there. My veins are small and rollie. Anywhere else that has drawn blood from me usually has to try at least two times if not more than that. Thank you Tristan for being so professional, also getting it done correctly on the first try and made it being painless. Two thumbs up for you..way up!!

Went for something in ear - realized it was beginning of ear ear infection. She gave me ear drops and told me to stop after 24-48 hrs. Not exactly what I would say were clear directions for antibiotic ear drops. 2 weeks later, the infection is so much worse. She tells me I should have completed the antibiotic dosing. When I tell her she told me to only place the drops for 24-48 hrs, but I did it the way the pharmacy told me - 7 days; she tells me I should have taken the oral antibiotics she gave me. I remind her she never ga... read more

I went there today. I went in and got nothing but mistreatment. My appointment was at one o'clock. They were very late in reopening. To keep a long story short, they have my box of life sustaining needed medications. As two o'clock rolling around and my cab waiting out front I'm told nurse is still checking in my medications it's one of those days. I left, I have things to do, just know you have that boys box of important medications. Hope he does not die. I feel like dumping the box all over the place and, well you know wha... read more
