After opening two $100,000 CD's a few months ago, Live Oak is changing their online access system. I live in the rural Rocky Mountains and there is little to no cell service. I carry my cell phone only when travelling. Live Oak is telling me that without a cell number for them to text me an access code, I will no longer be able to access my accounts online 24/7.
