After my visit, I was sent a bill in error. I had funding available to cover my portion and Live Oak did not access it correctly thru my insurance. The bill was turned over to collection in error with an additional $70 added to the original bill. I have been trying to call and speak with someone daily in their billing department for a solid 2 weeks now. I have left my messages on every call and have failed to receive a call back from anyone. I called ahead to ensure that the office had the correct allergy patch test. Went in for appointment Monday to get patch test and was assured I was getting the one I needed. Went back two days later for initial reading. Went in today for final reading just to find out I was given a completely unrelated test. I told everyone on Monday I was there for one thing and one thing only and was assured that was the test I was receiving. This office lied to me from the start.
