Ms.Sylvia was very knowledgeable of what we needed in a home to accommodate us as well as our grandmother. She used that knowledge and her well trained eye to find us the perfect fit, we would most definitely recommend her and her team to anyone needing to purchase a home.

I was referred to Sylvia from a family member and it made this experience such an ease. Sylvia was honest, professional, trustworthy and educated me throughout the process to ensure I had the right information to make my decision. As a first time homebuyer, I trusted Sylvia's feedback on the properties I was interested in and although I was prepared with a meticulous list of wants, she helped me to level set my expectations and eventually seal the deal. I would recommend her for friends and family purchasing in the future.
