I found Heather through a Santa Cruz Facebook group. I booked a custom facial with her and added a jelly mask. The entire experience was relaxing and well worth the money! She was communicative before and during the appointment, walking me through all the natural-based products and her methods. I wasn't sure before where to get a facial in Santa Cruz, but now I know where to go and who to recommend!

My skin was glowing and felt wonderful after my facial with Heather. She is extremely knowledgeable. I've had many facials over the years. I was extremely disappointed when Santa Cruz Thread closed down this year. I had been going to them for years and was hesitant to try a new place. Fortunately, for me, I belong to a local Facebook group, where she was highly recommended by the rest of the moms. I just got my eyebrows done by Heather. She is so amazing painless and is very knowledgeable and I plan to get more done through her. This is now my go to for waxing. Had the best experience here today I was in and out with still time to kill on my lunch. Highly recommend her for all your waxing needs. She does more than waxing so check out her website you never know what you may find. I can guarantee you will have great service and an amazing experience. Her shop is super cute as well

Amazing experience. Heather was super professional and welcoming. Her energy made me feel comfortable, especially since it was my first wax. I was a bit nervous, but she left no room for awkwardness. She is super knowledgeable in her craft and offers a variety of services, not just waxes! I even got a sticker😊
