Laurel gave the most amazing full body massage. I'd never had a massage before, but she made me feel comfortable the whole time. It truly was so nice to relax, not think about anything and I left feeling refreshed. I wish I could visit every single week! Laurel taught sunrise yoga at my wellness weekend and did an evening sound bath for us and WOW! It was the most relaxed I’ve ever felt in my life. I’ve never felt more zen. Her knowledge about the body and use of essential oils made the experience magical. Would highly recommend making her part of your next wellness event!!!
