Margaret cares about her patients and works tirelessly to help them. She is compassionate, a gifted doctor, and one of a kind. I am so thankful to have had her care for many years, and now with a new naturopath in another location, I realize just how amazing Dr. Dexter is!

I cannot speak highly enough of Margaret. She's helped me with herbs, taught me how to help myself with herbs, teas, tinctures, diet, and given me naturopathic treatments that go to the root of the problem instead of simply treating the symptoms. I also love her tea tree salve especially, but I love all of the salves she makes, I travel with them. Also, I feel like she's really listening to me, and actually cares, when talking about symptoms. I have had the benefit of dealing with and learning from Dr Dexter for eight years now! I have been derogatory to my body for many more years. Her understandings, focuses and ability to educate has been helping me become older more gracefully and happily less pain! She was meant to be a naturalpath perhaps

I first went to Margaret about 12 years ago, after several years of struggling with a health issue that no other doctor or acupuncturist had been able diagnose. Margaret immediately began a process of diagnosing the problem and setting me on the path to healing. It was a gradual process of returning to full health, and on the way she always figured out the next step to get results.
