Awesome staff and the best tests to determine your current fitness metrics! Seriously consider all 3 tests offered by liveleanrx at the beginning of your fitness journey and at periodic intervals. Dexascan is the gold standard for body composition. RMR test is needed for “dialing in” your nutrition. VO2 max test is needed for heart rate zone training. Sure, you can guess at all of these metrics, but if you want to be sure, get the tests done at liveleanrx !!!

I recently had my body comp done and it was a great experience. I was running late and and they were able to move my appointment very easily. Took less than 30 minutes and I had a print out and digital copy of all stats I've been wondering about. I've a very lean guy so all the other methods of checking body comp have been off. Highly recommend.
