A great experience and very informative! I completed the Dexa Scan and Fit3D, which was a quick and easy process. Great new data points with the help of Mike and Donia which will allow me to rework my macros and get back to training full scale! (Very cool too for me being a data/numbers junkie) 😃 I’ll be back for more scans/imaging and to add additional services soon to help dial in more data points to make future progress!
I’ve been meaning to write this for a few weeks … My husband and I each had DEXA, RM, and 3D scans. Mike explained the results very clearly. We each learned a lot and are trying to incorporate new approaches to our fitness routines.

Went in and had my VO2 max measured today, and WOW, what a cool thing! I've always wondered what my fitness level was and now I know what to do to increase it. Mike was AWESOME, and really took the time to explain my results and what I can do to increase my VO2 max in the future. I look forward to doing another test soon!

So... my daughter talked me into trying this. What do I need a fancy machine to tell me I'm over weight for? WOW. The amount of detailed information provided is pretty impressive. I know exactly where my weight is, what my BMI is and am motivated to get rid of it. Mike and Donia are a comical duo and were extremely helpful and patient too. TRY IT.
