I learned that DEXA scans are the gold standard of body weight testing and found Live Lean RX to be the closest location, and more importantly saw all 5 star reviews. I have had 3 DEXA scans over the past 9 months, plus an RMR and Fit3D scan. Every time, Heather has made me feel welcome. She has taken the time to make sure I understand all of the information from my scans and how they apply to my goals as well as answering all of my questions.

You can't beat the quality of equipment and methods used here, to help you meet all of your health and fitness goals. Heather is fantastic and I can't recommend using this facility enough!

I highly recommend working with Heather. She takes the time to learn your personal goals and caters to your needs. She is super knowledgeable and is always there to answer my questions along the way! I've always been into fitness but never really understood the true meaning of "nutrition." Heather was able to explain exactly what my body needs according to my own personal fitness goals.
