I completed the educational program with Dean. He is a wealth of information and wonderfully positive. Although I didn’t have an excessive amount of weight to lose, I discovered that I was a skinny fat person since my body fat was high. I learned a lot of nutritional information and a new lifestyle for healthy eating. Dean set up an indivIdualized plan for me teaching me how to slowly lose 14 pounds that was mostly body fat.
It really works...been trying for months on my own...no success...but Live Lean finally got me dropping weight again....I recommend this to anyone struggling..
