Lift is a good atmosphere the staff is friendly and helpful the gym itself is clean and the equipment is well maintained and versatile for fitness needs I don't feel like I am being judged by anyone I can just be myself I am a patriot and the gym has a lot of american flags on the walls so I like that alot. I would like to thank the owner and the staff thanks everyone take care and God bless
