Great classes with variety! Routines are changed often, so your body will always be challenged. Highly recommend this studio, there are 2 locations, and so many classes, I attend about 4 a week!
I love the instructors and the diversity of classes. I love how we get to know the other members through special events
Live Inspired is a very welcoming community of talented instructors providing a variety of exercise (pilates, yoga, weight training, Qigong and barre to name some of my favorites) dance (zumba, tap, line dancing, salsa etc) and art classes (watercolor, acrylics and crafts). There is something for everyone. Surround yourself with a great set of encouraging people and meet your goals. Thanks Joann and Natasha!
This is a great place for working on your fitness with many class options and two locations plus the instructors are terrific!
Went for my 1st Zumba class and had a blast. The instructor Ali was awesome and even though I was very uncoordinated with the moves I am sure I will get better with more of her classes. I was nervous being my 1st Zumba class and where do I get is front & center instead of tucked in the back corner. Everyone there was friendly and I can't wait to go back for another one of Ali's classes. It is a very clean and friendly environment and want to test out some other classes as well. I like this gym a lot. 5 stars for me!
