There is a great variety of fitness, dance, and art classes. The classes are fun and yet you have a good work out with the fitness classes, and end up with something to be proud of in the art classes.

I’m so happy to have found this studio, JoAnn & Natasha are the absolute best! They have a great variety of classes & with 2 studios u can always find a class & time that works. I can’t say enough good about Live Inspired.

Live Inspired is a wonderful place! The mother daughter duo offer great classes, from beginners to hard core work outs. The best, you set your own pace, modify if needed. Not only are they supportive, the members are equally as kind and supportive. Many classes to choose from, and a bonus….there are special holistic and art events offered. A definite asset to the HV

Joining Live Inspired has been one of the best decisions I've made for myself. Not only do they offer a variety of amazing classes for all fitness levels, but I've met a group of people who I now call friends. JoAnn and Natasha have created a warm, welcoming atmosphere for all their patrons - you'll feel like family as soon as you walk through the door! I'm so happy to be part of this community!

My daughter stumbled upon Live Inspired while helping me find a yoga studio. She sent me the link to Live Inspired, and I’m so happy she did because it has been a fabulous and fulfilling experience. They have a wide variety of great classes for all levels of experience. I took a few classes as a trial. After my first day, I was hooked and joined immediately.
