Best experience I’ve ever had, the trainer encouraged & motivated me. I achieved great results, improved fitness, weight loss & stress reduction. Reasonably priced with plenty of options that suit my busy life. The ambience is fun & light hearted where everyone’s boundaries & fitness levels are respected & celebrated. The trainer really listens to what I want & works with my individual fitness within the group. I’m still with LIF & having a great time.
